2. Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeline for digital services is 0-2 business days from the date of confirmation or payment, depending on the nature of the service:
- Instant Delivery (0 days): Digital product access, SaaS platform account activations, subscription enablements, module access grants, and API key provisioning.
- Standard Delivery (1-2 business days): Custom configurations, initial platform setups, data migration preparations, onboarding documentation, and personalized module activations.
- Project-Based Delivery: For custom development projects, delivery timelines will be defined in the project agreement based on scope and complexity. Milestones and delivery dates will be mutually agreed upon.
3. What We Deliver
Our digital deliverables include but are not limited to:
- Access credentials for the Syntrib AI-powered business management platform.
- Module-specific configurations (Club Management, F&B, Hotel Booking, Inventory, Events, Billing).
- API integrations and technical documentation.

4. Delivery Method
All deliveries are made through secure digital channels:
- Email: Welcome emails with login credentials, secure download links, and setup instructions.
- Client Portal: Access to our dedicated client portal for documentation, support tickets, and project management.
- Cloud Deployment: Direct deployment to our cloud infrastructure with your dedicated tenant environment.
- App Stores: Mobile applications available through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Secure Transfer: Encrypted file transfer for sensitive data migrations and custom deliverables.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Upon successful delivery of services:
- You will receive a confirmation email with access details and next steps.
- A dedicated onboarding specialist will be assigned for initial setup assistance.
- You will have access to our 24/7 support channel for any delivery-related queries.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Incomplete information or requirements from the client.
- Scope changes requested during the delivery process.
- Third-party service dependencies or integrations.
- Unforeseen technical complexities discovered during setup.
- Data migration volumes exceeding initial estimates.
In the event of any delay, we will communicate proactively with you and provide a revised delivery estimate. Significant delays caused by Syntrib may qualify for consideration under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
